GIVING

At Trinity Fellowship, our church members and regular attendees contribute voluntarily to support the ministries and mission of the church. Scripture commands us to support the church’s pastors (1 Cor. 9:14; Gal. 6:6) and to be generous to fellow Christians who are in need (1 Tim. 5:3; 1 John 3:17). The amount of our giving is a choice we make as a part of our relationship with the Lord: “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Cor. 9:8).

For those desiring to contribute to Trinity Fellowship, the monies go into the General Fund and are applied to the various expenses of the church, with a portion set aside for our Missions Fund. Alternatively, a contributor may designate a gift for the Deacons Fund (charity within the congregation). You may give via cash or check using the wood box at the entry table; online via your bank’s echeck or billpay, or securely online (with PayPal or credit card - click icon above).

Trinity Fellowship is committed to financial accountability and transparency. Our bylaws require that the church budget be examined and approved by the church membership each year. The church treasurer presents a financial report to the members on both a quarterly and an annual basis. Once every three years, the deacons arrange for an independent review of the church’s financial records by a professional who is not a part of the church.

Contributions to Trinity Fellowship are tax deductible, except in cases where the contribution is earmarked as a gift to a specific individual in the church.
